There is strong evidence that PSA has recently raised their grading standards. This is a "high" grade at this numeric level, sure to hold its investment value for many years.BASEMENT FIND: This card and most of the 1980s PSA cards currently in my store are from a recent, massive basement find. From 1987-1990 a local collector bought only sets and sealed product, then never bought another card again and never touched his neatly arranged stacks in his basement until enlisting my help last year. The latest round of cards are from the most recent wave of PSA orders we've received back, focusing on 1980s baseball. These cards had been carefully stored in a dry, temperature-controlled environment for 30 years, untouched and unmoved.
