This is the 1989 All College Basketball Tournament Champions Plaque that belonged to Oklahoma Sooner coaching legend Billy Tubbs. Item was obtained at the Tubbs estate sale held in May, 2023. Plaque is 8” x 10” and has the logos for the 4 teams that played in the event: North Texas Oklahoma Sooners Tulsa Hurricanes Arkansas State Red Wolves The event was put on by the Oklahoma City All Sports Association.
