Description: It’s my goal to make sure that what you see is what you get. I try to clearly show any flaws in the photos and call out anything I notice that isn’t obvious, so please look carefully at the photos so we’re both happy with our transaction. The corollary of this is that the photographs and the things I write are much more accurate than a given ebay box that I may or may not have forgotten existed. If the photograph is of used minis, but the product says "new," believe the photo. The "new" was an accident from a bulk lister. If you cannot tell, I'm happy to answer questions. Sometimes items are staged to show what they will look like when glue is applied. I usually try to indicate this, but if you have any question about whether things are glued together, please ask. Generally, assume you will need to apply some glue to the product when it arrives. I will pack it based on my best practices; I’ve shipped thousands of packages and (hopefully) made all the mistakes already, and more importantly, I am a gamer who has experienced the pain of a box full of beautiful models destroyed from negligence; I never want to be the cause of that pain. I’m also pretty dedicated to making my customers happy, so if I screw up, you can feel confident that you can come to me to make it right. That said, I cannot control the bonds of superglue. Sometimes it comes undone. If that is a problem for you, then I’d ask you to shop elsewhere because it is an unavoidable part of buying used minis. SHIPPING Yes, I happily combine shipping. It should be calculated automatically in your cart, but I’ll refund the overage on the back end if that doesn’t work correctly. I’ll usually get your item out within two business days (i.e., not weekends when my post office is closed). I have people I need to take care of, and sometimes it will be a little longer, but when my wife died, I still made all my shipping deadlines, even if they were later than preferred. By default, I ship to the US via first class mail, and globally via ebay international shipping. For larger items, I offer priority mail. For books, I offer media mail by default, because it costs 1/3 to 1/2 as much as priority, but here’s the thing: MEDIA MAIL IS VERY SLOW. It’s a money-loser for USPS, and it is the last thing that gets sorted. Also, they don’t update the tracking until it is delivered. Now personally, when I order a book, I use media mail, but I am not the kind of person who obsessively watches tracking numbers. If you are, consider paying the premium for the speed and guarantees of Priority Mail. Because I cannot change what USPS does once a package gets scanned in at my post office. Here is my default packing method: -Sturdy plastic units (eg Tactical Marines) and unpainted metal minis - taped together within bubble wrap in a bag. -Fragile plastic units - bubble wrap "cigar" carefully layered to minimize issues -Painted metal - Taped in a way so that two metal minis never touch and will not be chipped. -NOS minis (no fragile parts) - Padded envelope. I've only had one issue with this and it involved the envelope getting run over by a truck. -NOS minis (fragile, eg nightwraiths) - Box If you need another packing method, I'll accommodate. On the off chance that it takes an insane amount of time and money for materials, I reserve the right to ask for a few extra bucks, but I've never had to do that before. I can do touch up or even painting for a cost. Heck, I do commissions, too, but the things I sell are usually not my own work. Ask about commissions and my portfolio if you’d like. If there's anything you need, please ask. I'm usually happy to accommodate.
