Description: This is the rare 1996 silk-screened poster for Frank Kozik's "Schadenfreude" art show in Tokyo. His art show posters, especially the early ones like this, are among his rarest, as they were printed in much smaller limited runs than most of the others. This was an edition of only 250 copies, of which this copy is number 170. This poster was reprinted later as a lithograph but this is the rare original silk-screen version, signed in pencil by the artist himself. A very rare poster from his golden days, and a beautiful copy. Never unrolled until now and never hung, so it is still bright and in mostly great shape. There is a little spotting and light wear at the bottom edge (see photo) but not bad at all. Also some wrinkling and spotting at the right (see other photo), which is also not terrible. These things would be barely noticeable in a frame. This is a very rare and special Kozik classic. Big and bright, measuring 35" x 22 1/2".
