This is a mint/near mint 1998-99 SP Authentic Top Prospects Sign of the Times Hand Autographed by Wayne Turner in a Kentucky Royal Blue Sharpie. As a star point guard for the Kentucky Wildcats during a four-year period in which they won two NCAA national championship titles (1996 and 1998) and were national championship runner-ups once (1997). He set the NCAA record for games played (which has since been broken) with 151 games in his four-year Kentucky Wildcats career. As a Wildcat, Wayne Turner appeared as a Wildcat on two Sports Illustrated Covers. I am a huge Kentucky fan and while Wayne is among my all-time favorite Wildcats, I need to sell my enormous collection of various UK memorabilia.
