Condition overall is very good to excellent given their age with normal wear from use. As shown, they've formed a beautiful patina to the leather. The arms are in very good condition, though may have some small chipping. We will do our best to touch this up prior to shipping or could have them refinished upon request. The chair's height is 34 inches at the tallest point, 23 inches wide, 23 inches deep, and with a seat height of 19-22.5 inches. As noted, the price listed is for one chair.
