Description: We are offering two 19th c. beechwood planes. The first is a molding plane with a half round concave profile. It is complete but somewhat worn. It is stamped by the Ohio Tool Company and many times by a former owner named J.M.Rose. It is 9.5" long x 1.5" thick x 3.5" tall. The second plane is a small smoothing plane. It has its blade and wedge but no chip breaker or lever cap. It is faintly stamped: ....W BROS / SHEFFIELD. It is 6.5" long x 2.5" tall x 2.5" thick (at the widest point).
