Description: 2 Columbian Exposition Chicago Worlds Fair 1893 Adm Building Glass Paperweights Click images to enlarge Description Listed here are 2 clear, Glass Paperweights featuring the Administration building for the Columbian exposition and Chicago World's Fair of 1893. Weight fronts shows building different views of this building, one in color and one in black and white. 1. One weight shows the building in iridescent colors. This weight is 4 inches by 2.5 inches by .5 inches thick. Previous owner has some dated notes on back of the weight. The image on this weight does show some aging and paper loss. Glass has no cracks or chips. 2. This weight was made at the World's Fair by Libbey Glass Co. Says so on the front. This weight's image of the Admin building is in black and white. Size is also 4 inches by 2.5 inches but is thick. Thickness measures .75 inches. More notes are pasted on the back by previous owner. Condition of the weight is good. Glass has no cracks or chips.
