You can craft them into a replacement purse strap by purchasing leather (available on eBay or at Hobby Lobby) and cutting it into strips. The interior part of the clip where the strap would insert is about 5/8"x1/8" (see photo with black background) So this would accommodate a NARROW strap. A shoe repair shop could also help you with this. There is a hole on the backside of the base of the clip that will allow for a rivet to be used to hold the strap in place. This listing INCLUDES 2 RIVETS. Alternatively, you can apply the clip to items with a silicone based glue (The brand "Goop" is what I recommend. It is clear, and can be purchased at most hardware stores. I've used it to apply appliques to clothing and it even survives the washer and dryer.) If you choose to go this route, please see my other listing without rivets. You can also put these clips on other things as well. They can be made into purse charms, eyeglass holders, and key fobs.
