Description: This lot consists of two (2) Guy Renaud French revolutionary flag bearers. The figures and the flags are all metal (my guess is that the figures are lead while the flag pieces are a tin like metal). They are mounted on a wooden base with a small tact (one figure is a little loose). The same figure also has the small ribbon on top of the flag staff missing. I believe that the flags each represent a different district from revolutionary era France and that they were made anywhere from the 1930s to the 1960s but I am not sure of it. The condition of the figures is definitely used with wear and paint chips (study the pics). In my opinion these figures are very unusual and hard to find in the USA. Ask any questions before purchase. No international buyers.
