Description: 2 RARE ROSS ORIGINALS VINTAGE DELEE POTTERY PARTRIDGES CALIFORNIA POTTERY BIRDS. These are from 1953 and I’ve been told quite hard to find. They measure 5 3/4 inches tall. When researching these beauties, I see that Violet Ross was an employee/artist of Kay Finch. After leaving, she then started her own company called, “Ross Ceramics”. and started her own ceramics company ‘Ross Ceramics aka Ross Originals”’. She then later, sold her pottery through the owner of DeLee Art Pottery/Ceramics of California. These are absolutely stunning and my lighting is off and all the pictures are not doing them justice. Gorgeous colors, pink & black! Condition is "Used". **PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES, BEFORE BIDDING! One of the labels is still present, while the other is mostly missing. Both marked underneath, Ross Originals 53’. One of the birds has a knick/very thin paint flake chip on its feather- see last picture.
