Description: 2 ANTIQUE SOUVENIR SPOONS LONDON AND WALES Both of these spoons were purchased by my family on a trip to the U.K. in 1957. One is from London, the other from Wales. Since I know nothing about antiques I am very reluctant to attempt polished them, and they badly need it. · The London spoon measures about 4 ¼” long, has a crown at the top of the handle and the word “LONDON” stamped into the bowl. There is writing stamped into the back of the handle which I believe says “EXQUISITE.E.J.LTD” · The spoon from Wales measures about 4 ½” long and has an opening at the top of the handle from which dangles a woman in a Welsh costume. The word “WALES” is stamped into the spoon’s bowl. On the back is stamped “SILVER PLATE” and another word which I can’t make out. I try to describe my items fairly and honestly to the best of my ability but please feel free to email me should you have any questions at all about them.
