2 x Sub-Zero BI36R/S/TH - 36" Classic Refrigerator Column Built-In Stainless

Description: Pair of 2 - gently used Sub-Zero (model # BI36R/S/TH ) 36" (Built-In) ALL Refrigerator in stainless steel finish and tubular handles handle AND Sub-Zero (model # BI36RG/S/TH) 36" Built-In ALL Refrigerator in glass door stainless steel finish. One unit is a right hinged model and the other is a left hinged model. These units were made in 2019. The inside/outside is in pretty much like new condition. The inside is very clean and it is hard to find many signs of previous use. These are beautiful refrigerators with plenty of LED lights that makes the inside bright. The light in the glass door unit can be turned off or turned on while door is closed. Both were tested and all works perfectly. The very last photo shows this set up at store display - please use it for reference only. That set up has a single piece 72" grill which is an optional part. Again, these are two refrigerators - I do not have a matching freezer if anyone is wondering. If someone is considering these for their home, I would suggest going with one or multiple undercounter type all freezer drawers, buying a matching 36" all freezer (or any size) and putting it in between these two units (in stainless or panel ready to break up the stainless) or the cheapest option would be to get a chest freezer and put it in the garage. These units were installed and meant to be used in a high end lunch room / break room at a tech company. Right after that, Covid came and everyone started to work remotely and so these units weren't being used at all. The company then decided to close the big office and downsize and hence why these units are up for sale in thier great condition. Ready for a new home! The units are still under factory warranty for another 6 years that covers the entire sealed system components (parts only - no labor). This refrigerator will be crated for shipping. Crating cost is part of the shipping fee. The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way - the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property. The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home - at the time of the appointment. Attention Buyers! Please inspect your item upon delivery - while the delivery company is still there. By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage free (just as described in the ebay listing). If there is damage - something that you can't live with or we can't work out, please refuse the delivery or at least write in the problem with the item on the delivery slip and contact me right away. If you sign for the delivery and unpack your item next day or later and find a shipping damage, the delivery company WILL NOT TAKE any responsibility for it and neither can I.
