This is a new takeout seatbut marked as used due to the blemishes on the seats.These seats have less than 10 miles on them!! May have minor scuffs and scratches on the plastic and brackets and may have scuffs or spots on the fabric. There is a small 1" slit/cut in the fabric on the front of the seat. There may be indents in the cushion due to non-heated storage.
