Description: This listing is for 20+ RED panda king isopods of mixed sizes (juvies/sub-adult/adult). I will pick the largest available for you. I will include extras to cover any loss during shipping. *shipping: Shipping is 2-3 day priority mail with USPS, and comes with tracking number. I will provide complimentary heating and cooling packs as needed. I package them with the worst case scenarios in mind, so they are well padded and have food and moisture to last at least a week in a box if need be. I will reach out if it looks like the temps are too hot or too cold to ship, and make arrangements with you. I only ship on Mondays to avoid delays. If you live close to me I can ship Tuesday and Wednesday as well. For the Live arrival guarantee you must notify me within 30 mins of delivery. No shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. As far as care goes- These isopods thrive in a moist and warm environment (room temp is fine) and love a high protein diet. I feed them Repashy Morning Wood, along with a variety of fresh vegetables (carrots, lettuce, zucchini). Be sure to include a calcium source (cuttlefish bone). I occasionally throw in some home made beef jerky as a treat and they love it. Fish flakes are also a big hit. Half the fun is seeing what they like to eat and watching all the battles that happen during dinner time! It will take these guys a little bit to settle in to their new home, but after a while they are prolific breeders and you’ll have more than you know what to do with. They’re nocturnal so you wont see them out much during the day but they’re quite active when the lights go out. They definitely function as a “Cleanup crew” but keep in mind they’re quite small as compared to other isopods. I think they do best in a species only terrarium. Thank you for looking!
