Description: Passenger side rear fender wheel cover for all 2000-2006 Honda Insights! Color is red . Panel is in good shape but does show scratches on the red portion as well as the bottom black portion. Looks like the panel was previously silver and re painted red. All underside tabs are intact minus 1 mount back bottom rear (as pictured) still will mount as normal. Also the bottom screw mount is still attached to the rear end and will need to be undone before re mounting. (as pictured) includes the 2 rare small bottom fasteners.
