Teapot plays "I'm a Little Teapot" when you press the button on the lid, and also plays music when you tip the pot to pour. (See video.) There is slight discoloration on some pieces due to age (I mainly notice it on the blue pieces). See pictures. Requires batteries, which are included. (I normally check for any battery corrosion but was unable to remove the battery cover to check and did not want to damage the teapot lid or battery cover so cannot confirm if there is any corrosion or not.)
