Must change drier and or accumulator and orifice tube out.Must flush the system with an approved ac flush.With some applications your mechanic may have to swap over your original manifold, plugs and or switches.This is a standard thing to do and does not void warranty.All units are shipped with testing oil only. Mechanic has to dump out oil and install fresh PAG oil to specs.An ac machine must be used on most of today's units. Freon cans do not disperse the refrigerant properly.Money back returns are within the 1st 30 days from purchase and warranty is replacement only after that.Only one replacement unit can be sent out per sale. Locked up compressors or burned clutch compressors are not eligible for refund or warranty return...this only happens because the system was not flushed and the debris in the system creates a blockage which causes the unit to lock up... or high head pressure resulting in the burned up clutch.We do not cover any labor expenses for any reason.Please contact us before opening a returns case so that we can take care of the problem.
