LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercially-zoned business address. Residential delivery is not included in the shipping cost. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service, so please contact us first to get a shipping quote. If you cannot provide a commercial business address, we can deliver this part to a freight terminal for your pickup at no additional charge. ENGINES On engines i only guarantee the engine itself as being good. I do not guarantee the clutch or charging system to be good, as most of the bikes i part out are wrecked and i have no way of testing any of these systems. Due to previous issues with buyers, all engines will only be shipped through TFWW on a pallet, i will need a business address or a local fed Ex hub to ship to, or for residential and lift gate service it will be an additional $250 charge for shipping costs GROUND SHIPPING We ship most orders within 24 to 72 hours (weekends not included) after the order is placed, we will upload tracking numbers to eBay as soon as we ship.
