Description: This is one yard of Brother Sister Design B45-F-P03 Cotton fabric. This fabric has been discontinued for years. It is one, incomplete yard of fabric. It is red, white and black, with a modern floral design. It is 44 inches wide by 46 inches long. There are 3 squares cut out of it. It has never been washed. Please view photos to see all the details. It comes from a smoke and mildew free home. It is free from odor and water damage. It has been stored safely, in a box, in my spare bedroom. I have cats, but they aren't allowed around my fabric, however, I can't guarantee there might not be a stray hair on the fabric. Please view photos so you can see the details. If a box is sealed, I don't open it, so that it remains in "brand new" condition. If hardware or batteries aren't listed as included on the box, then they aren't included. I will sometimes accept returns based on whether or not you have opened the product. If it is a brand new item, it needs to be returned back to me, unused and unopened.
