This was the third Members' Meeting in its reincarnated form, with motorsport legends in abundance, a jam-packed roster of races and high-speed demonstrations, a spectacular event celebration extravaganza, and a springtime bloom of half a million (really!) daffodils. The modern incarnation of the Members' Meeting was created to evoke the spirit of the original Goodwood Members' Meetings held between 1948 and 1966. Limited entries and much less of a mob scene than the Festival of Speed and the Revival make the Members' Meeting a lower-key and more intimate event.
