The obverse shows the Liberty Walking design that was used for the classic half-dollar design by Adolph Weinman. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle design by John Mercanti. This One Dollar denominated coin is .999 fine silver and weighs one ounce. The mint mark is located on the reverse to the left of the eagle's tail. This listing is for the dollar as shown in the pictures provided. This dollar has been certified by NGC and graded to be in a MINT STATE 70 condition. The NGC holder shows some minute scratches on the obverse and reverse and is otherwise in very good condition. A nice looking coin for a very popular and great looking series.
