Description: #1 Draft pick!With HGA you can count on accurate grades! by using computers to analyze the cards based on the cards condition not who is on the card or how much was paid to grade. They have effectively taken out the human element, error and emotion leaving you with a true graded card! I've found you can usually count on at least 1 grade worse than PSA or BGS meaning an HGA 9 would compare to a PSA 10 and at least a BGS 9.5. As you can imagine a system like this is going to be extremely difficult to get a 10 Pristine. The cases are crystal clear and have the thickness to not feel cheap and flimsy. This card with 3 9.5 Subgrades is a potential Black Label with BGS. The only reason it's only a 9 is due to HGA's super harsh grading on the High Tek brand specifically the Surface subgrade. My guess from having dozens graded and more to compare to the computer scan isn't recognizing that the paint on the High Tek cards is raised ever so slightly off the plastic card.
