You do not need a floor drain for this unit as it has it's own self-contained condensate pump and condensate evaporating system. For refrigeration this system is currently using the new environmentally friendly R448/R449 gas.Electric is 1 Phase/208-230V/12.1 Amps. Comes with cord and plug attached.
