Description: Russian troops have not stopped trying to seize the entire Donbas since 2014. Terrorist attacks on the civilian infrastructure of the city and the civilian population demanded decisive action. The 2015 Shirokyn offensive operation, carried out at the initiative of the AZOV regiment command, pushed back the occupying forces and created a security zone around Mariupol. The city was able to live in relative peace for many years. The collection is compiled exclusively from the memories of direct participants in the offensive operation and illustrated with unique photographs. The photo book is fully bilingual, all texts are written in Ukrainian and English.
