2023 Fender FSR Japan Traditional II 60’s Jazzmaster, MIJ

Description: ***SHIPS FROM USA - YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES***2023 Fender FSR Japan Traditional II 60’s Jazzmaster (Shell Pink Matching Headstock), MIJExtremely limited, and clean MIJ Jazzmaster with lots of great USA upgrades. Fairly lightweight for a Jazzmaster at ~7.5lbs. Offsets can be finnicky with setups with buzz or high action but this one is really nicely set up with 10-gauge Elixir Nanoweb, shimmed properly, fantastic fretwork, and well-intonated. Condition is EXCELLENT, only one blemish barely visible to eye (see last photo). The back also has a couple of similar small blemishes but I can't get a good photo of them.Upgrades:Pickups (UPGRADED to USA): Fender Pure Vintage ’65 Jazzmaster pickupsBridge (UPGRADED to USA): Fender American Professional bridge (mustang-style). I was not a fan of the original bridge, as they would cause buzz with lower gauge strings like 10s. Mustang-style bridge fixes that issue.Tremolo/Vibrato (UPGRADED to USA): Fender American Vintage with push-in tremolo armFender strap locks addedFull copper foil shieldingNeck is shimmed - I honestly forget if I put a 0.25 or a 0.5 degree shim in the neck pocket, but it's a very slight angle that helps the guitar get a lower action (<2mm low E @12fr). Sustain is also noticeably better with the shim, as JMs aren't exactly known for their sustain.Other specs: 9.5” U-shaped neck with gloss finish, dark rosewood fretboard, 21 vintage frets, and white pearl dot inlays, very pretty shell pink gloss poly finish with matching headstock. If you're not familiar with U-shaped necks, they are flat-ish in the middle with round chunky shoulders. Compare this to a C-shape neck with is rounder and shoulders taper off. Feels really great for barre chording, in my opinion. These new Traditional II 60s Jazzmasters are awesome because they feature stock USA-spec CTS pots (1 meg), Switchcraft switches, and USA Fender plastics (USA pickguards is a direct swap in, unlike older MIJ guitars).This is the best playing Jazzmaster I've ever laid hands on and the only reason I'm selling it is because I'm basic and adore Strats more, so this guitar has just been sitting there on a stand. Hoping a cooler person than me can give this guitar the proper love it needs.Guitar does not come with case (these do not originally come with hard cases)
