If there is a defect that would affect the function of the item, we will make an additional picture of the defect and note the defect in item specifics (this does not include every little scuff or mark). Questions we can not answer: What is the measurements of this Item? We are not set-up to properly measure footwear. Depending on how you measure, you can get very different answers. Where is this item made? Trying to obtain and note this information in sorting and processing 1000's of items is impossible while holding our cost down. When will I receive my purchase? We ship your order the next business day after cleared payment with the exception of weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is supplied to you by the tracking number you are given on your order. Just click on the tracking number and you can see where your package is and when it should arrive.
