Most Drag Bodies with the stock Traxxas Slash body posts either have the posts positioned directly under the rear window glass, and/or the posts are not able to reach. This combo pushes the body posts back by 3", almost always guaranteeing the body posts fall on the flat trunk lid area. The 3" Extension also doubles as an angled fan mount with the provided bracket, install any 30x30 cooling fan to experience 20-30 degree lower operating temperatures.
