Broad St. Richmond, VA. This is a salesman sample, used in distributing as a sample of what a client could get or as first run for a particular venue. There is no strikeplate (just white printing where it would have been) and it was never folded. Some discoloration / staining and slight peeling & paper residue on inside of cover as it was in a photo album with sticky backing. Condition I would consider this to be in very good condition.
