Description: OVERVIEW: Here’s a vintage c1940 pair of Navajo silver earrings. Each features a thunderbird motif set with a turquoise cabochon with nice stamping—older style of stamping work, notice the wonderful eye/beak of the birds. The bird hangs from a silver bead, which hangs from the original screw back finding, also set with a turquoise. MARKS: Unmarked—all parts guaranteed sterling except for the screw back mechanisms themselves, which are just metal (the bezel holding the turquoise on the top is sterling).
