Just slip the casing strand over your stuffing tube. Requires the standard 3/4" stuffer tube. These casings are fully edible and easy to use. Fill with your seasoned meat and place in your smoker, oven or preferred method of cooking. Our collagen casings require no preparation prior to use. They are permeable to allow smoke to penetrate. Just load and fill. If this is the first time that you have used collagen casings you will see the difference in the ease of use.
