The embellishment will be printed on acid and lignin free, 110 pound card stock then fully hand cut. All you have to do is glue it to your greeting card, scrapbook page or project (ideal for school projects too!). 3D means that the design is printed TWICE. The first print is fully hand cut (base); and selected pieces from the second print are hand cut. The selected pieces are glued (using acid free, dimensional foam squares) on the base making those pieces raised [3D]. SL or Single Layer means that the design is printed ONCE. It is fully hand cut and flat.
