Feature:(1) Function: This PP10084 high limit switch is a safety thermostat which can shuts the unit off and prevents the oil from overheating on the fryers. It features a manual reset button on the switch for manual shutting off.(2) OEM Replacement: Replace for Pitco PP10084 / P5047210, Robertshaw 5225-11B / LCHM050300000, Anets PP10084, Southbend 1199571, All Points 48-1006.(3) Technical Features: Featuring a fixed temperature of 450F/232°C, come with size 1/4 stuff box nickel and a manual reset, Bulb 1/4" x 4-7/8" Nickel. The capillary length is 36”, works on 1A, 125V AC.(4) Prevent Overheating: If temperature exceeds fixed setting(450°F / 232°C), the contacts will open and cut the gas supply. When the temperature drops approximately 50°F below fixed setting, it will allow the contacts to be reset and gas valve to open again. Contacts on cycling models will reset automatically.
