Description: This is a 4 inch tall Pennywise Horror Baby. This is a decorative collectible, recommended for ages 17+. Item is made from a poly resin material (from what I can tell). There is what appears to be a few small manufacturers defects on Pennywise sleeves. There are two small spots that appear to be “chips”. They are painted over, so I believe the damage happened during the manufacturing process. Please see photos.
