Silicon screw is 30mm long and 11mm on it's widest point. 4mm diameter on the top to fit through fan mounting holes. No screwdriver needed for installation, simply push the tip with the longer waist through the fan mounting hole, and push the tip with the shorter waist through the case mounting hole.
