Description: 4 hand painted porcelain Christmas theme trinket boxes. Each box has a different figurine on the top - 3 santas and 1 snowman. All boxes snap closed and are different heights. Snowman is approx. 4.5" tall by approx. 2" diameter at widest part and unknown maker. Snowman has red and gold scarf, black top hat w/red band and gold buckle, black gloves, and green present w/gold bow. Santa holding the gold star and bell is 4.75" tall by 2.25" diameter at base bottom and unknown maker. There is a red ban and green trees on base under the opening. The santa has black boots and gloves, and red and white hat w/ gold star on tip & coat w/gold belt. Santa sitting on top a green and white striped ball is 4" tall by approx. 2.5" diameter at widest part and unknown maker. Santa's outfit is red pants and coat, dark belt, blue gloves, black boots, and red & white hat. Santa standing on box holding brown sack and gold bell is 4.25" tall the box is 2.5" by 1.5". This is a 1998 Hermitage Pottery piece made in China. The Santa's outfit is red and white pants and coat w/ black belt, black boots, and green gloves. Box is a present with green trees, green & red holly and red stripes on both long sides and both of the short sides have green, red, and gold candles. No original box or packaging. ISSUES: - snowman: * black dot bottom inside & black line on back above opening- santa w/gold star: * (3 issues manufacturer defects): ^ on bottom area dark area above left tree & under rock & on back ^ black dot in crook of hat tip & white fuzz trim ^ bump in star on hat tip under paint- santa on green/white ball: * black dot in white area on first white strip to left of closure on front * two black dots inside bottom * (4 issues manufacture defects): ^ green has brush strokes ^ ball area has some bumps & pits in different places all under paint and glaze ^ paint bleed on santa ^ white areas in black paint on boots- santa standing on box: * bump on back has been chipped off at top * raised residue on back top of box above closure * (4 issues manufacturer defects): ^ 2 red paint areas inside rim ^ two gold dots front tree & left red stripe ^ bump under glaze on bottom back ^ 4 lines maybe glue maybe under glaze These items were in my mother's very large Christmas collection. I had to move her and she was not able to take most of her items with her.
