Description: 4 Schott-Zwiesel SERENATA Contemporary Cut Crystal Wine Glasses Goblets Set This pretty set of contemporary cut stemware is by German glassmaker Schott-Zwiesel, known for their fine crystal. Their "Zwieselglas" is titanium reinforced crystal to make it break and chip resistant. This lovely Serenata set has the bowl cut and etched with wavy lines evoking the rising notes of a melody. The stem is faceted, nicely prismatic, and has a flower-shaped attachment to the bowl. (When you look in the bowl, you see a flower form, a nice touch!) Nice, substantial quality crystal weight in the hand, and a rounded contemporary hock shape with a bit of a tulip-shaped flare of the rim. They ring like crystal bells when tapped! Excellent pre-owned condition, no chips or cracks. Clean, hand washed and ready to use or display. Shipped quickly and packed with great care. They are there to help show vintage glassware and china can be repurposed, and displayed beautifully in many ways! Because of the practical difficulty of packing and shipping fragile glass items, we do not accept returns. Review all information carefully so you are sure of your purchase. We treat all of our customers with courtesy and respect; we welcome any contact if you feel your purchase has not lived up to your expectations. Because we love vintage items, we pack glassware with the utmost of care, with multiple layers of bubble wrap, additional padding, and Fragile stickers. Breakage has been very, very rare, less than 1% of our shipments. However, we can't prevent rough handling, machine damage, or misdirection once the shipping service has it in their hands. Packages are insured for their sold price, excluding shipping costs, and all refunds due to breakage will be divided by the number of items in the package (i.e. no full refunds for one item broken out of a set.) Absolutely let us know if this happens! We will need photos of the broken item(s), packing and packaging before any insurance claim or refund. Note: we don't control shipping costs. Shipping is determined by weight, size, and how many zones you are away from our MI location. We do not charge handling fees. Shipping is often pre-calculated depending on weight and expected size; you will not pay more than estimated, but you may pay less.
