Description: 4 Vintage HOENIG OF CALIFORNIA POTTERY Turquoise/Aqua Apple Dishes/Bowls-MCM-734 The Hoenig of California Pottery was just one of thousands of potteries that were in business in California during its heyday -- the 1930s to the 1960s. Most of the potteries were located around Los Angeles. Here are 4 mid-century era bowls shaped like apples in a soft aqua/turquoise color. Originally they were part of a set of 6 apple bowls and a center bowl that sat on a wooden lazy susan by Hoenig. However, they can also be used independently as serving bowls for dessert, fruit, nuts, etc. or even trinket dishes. Excellent pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks.
