This tool both drills and reams the hole and was made for #40 pilot holes. These drills are also known as a Dreamer in the aerospace field. The drill point is to help prevent delamination when drilling the hole. The #40 size tools are very hard to find, due to the small diameter and are usually Jobber Length. Please note Kansas residents or companies need to pay 7.5% sales tax. This can be waived with a provided consumed in production certificate ST28C. If you are from another state that requires sales tax to be collected, you need to notify me at time of purchase. You could be liable to pay the sales tax, if you don't let us know. We would gladly ship out of the United States; except buyer will have to pay all shipping costs associated with the shipment.
