Our dispatch time is up to 4 working days, although this can on occasion take longer with larger more bulky items but in most cases is less. Please be aware that eBay delivery estimates are not always accurate. For example, an order placed on a Sunday may give an estimated delivery date of the following Tuesday - Thursday however in reality with a dispatch time of 3 working days the post by date on ebay to which we have to post it by will be the Wednesday. Then with the 48HR Royal Mail service we offer, you would then be looking at Saturday Delivery at the earliest - as they add an extra working day for items which are posted using the collection service. So Please! If your item hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date shown on eBay do not worry, if you are concerned just drop us a message and we will help! Please do not open a request, this will not speed up your item and only acts to penalise us as a seller for things outside of our control. If you need the item in a hurry, that's fine - we offer a 24HR courier service for a small surcharge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept offers on items. We price all of our stock, in our opinion atleast, competitively. Please be aware that unlike hobby sellers we have a whole host of costs to account for such as VAT, Rent, Packaging costs, Staff, Postage costs, Sponsored listing fees, eBay selling costs, stock costs, wastage, returns - the list goes on! We are VAT registered however most items are sold under a margin scheme, meaning as a buyer input tax is not reclaimable. Some new items e.g. paint supplies / modern car parts are subject to VAT at the standard rare, which is included in the listing price. Should be a VAT registered business or person and would like to know if a purchase is VAT qualifying please drop us a message to clarify - we can then provide a VAT invoice if required. Should you have a query about where your order is please contact us before opening a request. Should you need to return something please contact us first prior to arranging an eBay return as the return address supplied by them is incorrect.
