Im not sure exactly how to date this dress ~ . A super charming dress , with belted waist. The buttons are stunning too, sparkly wonders! This dress is made of a lovely rayon, black. (Rayon was invented in the late 1800s ) Super simple construction, no shoulder padding, just lovely A line and belted waist! ~I LOVE the cuffs! ~ The rayon has lovely movement ~~*~ ( E 20J) MEASUREMENTS : This Vintage French piece measures: 39 inches long 18 inches sleeve shoulder seam to cuff 32 inches around the chest 14 inches across the top back of the shoulders, seam to seam CONDITION : This lovely textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. there is light wear around the button holes. and the second button down is missing! 10/01/2020
