Description: 4W 798nm Laser Diode Module High Heat Load HHL JDSU 2380 w/ TEC, Photodiode JDSU 2380 Series 4 watt 798nm laser diode in a High Heat Load package. The HHL module has a built-in TEC for temperature control (wavelength tuning), a 10K NTC thermistor for temperature feedback and a photodiode for output power feedback. These are ideal for pumping DPSS lasers since it is easy to tune the wavelength to the optimal wavelength buy controlling the diode temperature.
