Description: Here is beautiful sterling silver spoon from St. Louis Missouri dating back to years around 1900 featuring handle in a very nice pattern. In the bowl embossed is very detailed image of building, the writing is CITY HALL, ST. LOUIS. Measures 5-3/8” long (135 mm), weighs 16.4 grams and in excellent condition. On the back marked STERLING MERMOD, JACCARD & CO. and has hallmark with the old mark of H on a pennant for Mechanics Sterling Company, which was subsidiary of Watson Newell Co.
