(formerly Brown-Westhead Moore & Co.) for Ovington Bros. New York. Marked pattern number V3908. Marks date them to 1904-1920. All are in excellent condition. The white centers are surrounded by a band of encrusted and embossed gold, an outer band of cobalt blue, and an encrusted gold band around the edge. Gold is intact.
