Description: 6+ Silkie/Satin Hatching Eggs. (I always send as many extras as the girls allow - usually 2 to 3) NPIP #IL-1443 AI Clean COLD PACKS will be used in summer months. I have 2 Woolie roosters (Bella Nera Farms) in my main breeding pen as well as Showgirls, Frizzles and Satins. This is your chance to get the modified frizzle (MF) gene!! My Sheri Minkner flock of 18 (100% pure - none of my other birds are a part of this flock that hatched 2-2023) have started laying so, if available at time of order, I will include some of those eggs in the order. My breeding stock comes from breeders such as Bella Nera Farm (Lisa Plasters), Burlesque Poultry, Silkies on the Shore, Sassy Fluff, Rose Blossom Silkies, Sweet Southern Silkies, Feathered Dreams Farm, Sheri Minkner, Brenda Smith, Sunrise Poultry, and the like. I do strive for SOP in my breeding program. I have been raising my silkies for years; however, I have only recently started offering hatching eggs. Shipping:Eggs are individually wrapped in bubblewrap, placed in a carton, then protected by packing peanuts, foam or other packing items. All shipments will be double-boxed to afford the most protection available for shipped eggs. I ship Monday - Saturday. Eggs are shipped Priority Mail and typically take 3-5 business days but can sometimes take up to 7. Please plan your incubation accordingly by having your incubator ready to go and set to the proper temperature and humidy rate. We do recommend that you let the eggs sit for at least 12 hours prior to putting them in your incubator. All eggs are sent fresh and will have been laid the same day or the day before, depending on the time you order. Fertility:Icannotguarantee that each egg will develop and hatch due to their fragile nature. If an egg doesn'tdevelop, that does NOT mean that it was infertile! There are many things that can prevent a viable egg from developing, most of which are usually caused by trauma during shipping (scrambling, rolling air cells, x-rays, etc). My hatch rate on the farm is>90%.
