Description: (Ignore local pick up as this is a session done over distance) This is a 60 Minute Reiki session done over distance that way you can enjoy its benefits straight from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be. You may select multiple sessions to have- this will allow for discounts to be applied. (Highly recommend during your day off when you have at least 2 hours of free time alone/without distractions, or even during a time that you are asleep by.) I will need additional information: -Your first name & -The Most Recent Picture of you (This really helps me focus and to connect to you and your current energy) How to prepare for your session: - I ask that you are in a relaxed and receptive state until the session is completed - Find a quiet space where you are comfortable and will not be distracted for the length of your session. you can lie down or sit in a meditative position. You could even schedule a session to be done while you are asleep or taking a nap, as you are very receptive during that time. All you need to do is relax, be open and receive the energy. I will focus on any areas that call out to me and the 7 chakras, opening up your energy centers, cleansing and balancing the energy in them all. I will also send extra healing to any areas of your concern as well. Wether its physical area or mental/emotional concerns you wish to received healing energy towards. During the session we will not be able to communicate as I will be in meditation. You may choose to meditate during as well in order to connect. I will proceed with the session at the scheduled time. Reiki can be sent to a person across the room or in another part of the world. For energy, distance means nothing! The practitioner can bridge time from the present to the past or future. Reiki can be sent back to heal a childhood problem or even further still to a past life. Future situations such as operations, interviews or business meetings can be greatly improved by sending Reiki in advance. Time has no relevance when Reiki energy is transferred! How do I get distance Reiki? And what can I expect? During the session you can sit in meditation, lie down or just set some quiet time to tune in and connect and receive. Reiki can also be sent to you while you are sleeping! And may even help you fall asleep quicker. All you need to do is relax, be open and receive the energy. I will focus on the main Reiki positions and the 7 chakras, opening, cleansing and balancing them all. I will also send extra healing to any areas of your concern as well as any areas that I may be drawn to. If you are awake during the session, you may experience physical sensations like lightly being touched/a light pressure being applied, changes in temperature, tingling sensations, light muscle spasm. You may experience strong emotions coming up, you may have memories come up or visions. You may just sleep through the whole service. You might just pass some gas! Everyone experiences something unique in their session but these are the most common ones. After the session is finished- you may feel little lightheaded from the powerful shift in balancing your energy, so I recommend getting up slowly and to also stay extra hydrated for the next 3 days as your body continues to get used to the new balance of energies and as it continues to heal itself. After, people often tell me they feel as if a heavy weight has been lifted off of them and how freeing it feels. Often also reporting sleeping deeply the same night that they have received the Reiki session.
