Description: - 60s-70s True Hippy Fringe Necklace. Handmade of Hammered Bronze or Brass, Seeds, & Bone on a Bronze Torque. - Excellent Vintage Condition with light age/use related wear. Brass has a warm, burnished patina with mild oxidation. One of the dangles at the very bottom is missing. There is a simple hook closure in good order. No major flaws to report. - Approximate size when hooked is 18” around. For larger necks wear unhooked or add extension chain. Bib hangs 7.5” down from bone section. The necklace pictured is the actual piece you'll receive, so please examine the photos closely for additional information on condition and size. It is unsigned. - Fun Fact: this piece is reminiscent of the very early work of Laurel Burch and other fabulous counterculture artisans who sold their wares in the Haight-Ashbury during the 1960’s and 1970’s. - Cross posted.
