Description: This impressive antique cabinet is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. It is made of solid oak and is finished to a warm medium/dark color. This cabinet was once in a French church and we believe it housed three different statues. The statues would be rotated so that only one statue could be seen at a time. Or the cabinet could have been locked shut to protect the statues. Note that the lock has since been removed. As you can see in the photos, it shows many minor signs of wear and there are several repairs (see photos). Overall this unique piece is in excellent condition with only a few missing pieces of trim.
