Description: This is a vintage plate, 9.5 inches across, made by Mary and Edwin Scheier in the 1940's-1950's. They are noted New Hampshire artists who taught at the University of New Hampshire. The plate is blue green and is signed on the back. No chips, no cracks, no scratches. It is from the estate of a woman who was at the University of New Hampshire in the 1940's and she purchased the plate then from the Scheiers. She displayed it, never used it, which is why it is still in excellent condition.
