National Stock Number (NSN) 5180-01-548-7634, or NIIN 015487634, (tool kit,general mechanic's) was assigned March 2, 2007 in the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS). The kit shown is the 2007 generation Armstrong General Mechanics Tool kit. The major change was the addition of the top draw with the deep SAE sockets and the reversible ratcheting sae and metric combination wrenches which this does NOT have. See my other listings for that model. NOTE: Pictures show the kit sold 4 Oct and will be updated shortly to show the exact kit you will receive. The kit is virtually the same as shown. Complete sets do not appear often on surplus lines. Other tool kits listed on line are commonly missing several piece from the set or have been substituted by other brands of tools. This set has two accessory pieces missing pieces as listed on the cover. One was the padlock . The multimeter listed on the case is a Fluke. This was missing and a new meter from an earlier version tool kit was added. Most tools show little or no wear but were used and are fully operational. The Pelican 450 case lives up to its reputation . All latches work well and the exterior case showing normal wear and tear. The kit is used in Mine Protected Vehicles for field repair when needed.
